Beautiful, runs small

The quality is wonderful and the pattern is stunning! But it's a bit short in length. We got the size 2. Our daughter is 2.5 years old and small for her age. We were surprised by how small the top was, given she is a 2 at all other stores. I would size up. The items we bought in 3s and a 4 fit her much better.
