Our AW26 capsule was produced in very limited quantities.

To help ensure as many customers as possible have access to the sizes they need at launch, we will be implementing a temporary restocking fee on orders placed between Wednesday, 9/9/26 – Friday, 9/11/26

If an order has the same style purchased in consecutive sizes (for example, the Isla Dress in sizes 4 and 5), any returned size will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We completely understand wanting to order multiple sizes to find the best fit. Because quantities are so limited this season, we kindly ask that you review the garment length measurements on each product page and our size chart before purchasing.

All Sale items 40% or more are final sale and therefore NOT eligible for returns

Sale Items Less than 40% can be returned for store credit.

Handmade items, socks/tights and hair accessories are NOT eligible for returns.

International orders are final sale.

• Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
• If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team.
• Returned items will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.

Returns are only valid on purchases through www.lalikids.com, we do not accept returns purchased through other retailers. 

Lali accepts returns on full price items only. Please email contact@lalikids.com within 14 days of your original purchase in order to initiate a return.
