Forms of Payment
We accept Via, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
We offer UPS and USPS shipments on all U.S. orders. Shipping speed may be selected at time of checkout.
For international orders, we offer DHL, UPS, and USPS shipping.
All orders with 'Free Shipping' will be sent via USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail International--and may take 6-10 business days to arrive.
Returns and Exchanges
Lali accepts returns and exchanges on full price items only. Please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of your original purchase in order to initiate a return. All discounted items (40% or more) are FINAL SALE. Returns are only valid on purchases made through www.lalikids.com– we do not accept returns purchased through other retailers. Hand-made items and hair accessories are NON-RETURNABLE. Return shipping is responsibility of the buyer. We can provide you a return label if you prefer. The cost of return label will be deducted from the refund.

- Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team.
- Returned items will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
- International orders are final sale.
- Item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition and packaging with tags attached.
- Although we make every effort not to be out of stock, we cannot guarantee that the item you request in exchange will be in stock. In order to avoid any delays in processing your exchange, we recommend that you select an additional, alternate exchange item, size or color on your exchange slip in case your first choice is unavailable.
