**If you choose free economy shipping, we highly suggest that you add Route to your order. Lali is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Adding Route will help to ensure you get refunded in case this happens.**

Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any orders without notice, if we believe the purchase may be fraudulent or not for personal use. We also reserve the right to cancel an order from customers who choose to send abusive or threatening messages.
We offer UPS and USPS shipments on all U.S. orders. Shipping speed may be selected at time of checkout.
If your tracking shows the carrier has delivered your package, but you have not received it, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.
For international orders, we offer DHL, UPS, and USPS shipping. All customers are responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside of the US.
All orders with 'Free Shipping' will be sent via USPS Parcel Select, or USPS Priority Mail International--and may take 6-10 business days to arrive.
Returns and Exchanges
- All Sale items 40% or more are final sale and therefore NOT eligible for returns
- Sale Items Less than 40% can be returned for store credit
- Handmade items, socks/tights and hair accessories are NOT eligible for returns.
- Returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- If a garment is defective or the wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team.
- Returned items will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
- International orders are final sale.
Returns are only valid on purchases through www.lalikids.com, we do not accept returns purchased through other retailers.
Lali accepts returns on full price items only. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your original purchase in order to initiate a return.
We currently operate all of our customer service via email. We will answer emails Monday-Friday and it is always our goal to respond within 24-48 hours (outside of weekends) of receiving your email.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, we can provide you a return label if you prefer but the cost will be deducted from the refund.
Due to our limited inventory, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like.
All items purchased on promotional sale are final sale. We are unable to apply promotions and discounts to previous orders that have already been placed.
Because of our limited inventory items can sell out very quickly, especially during sales, so it would not be fair to our customers to allow some to order before a sale begins and get items at a discount when everyone else has to wait for that discount and maybe not get what they wanted.
