The Belle Dress is the beauty of the season. In the Hearts Print with embroidery, your little one is the perfect pairing with this sweet dress. Perfectly ladylike, the large peter pan collar features a drawstring at neckline, gathering with ruffle edge. A faux bow adorns each shoulder, a detail reminiscent of vintage charm. Side pockets aim eager to collect heart-shaped pebbles and fairy wings. Soft elastic hugs each wrist creating a sweet ruffle. The dress lands lands above the knee with a ruffle hem.
